CRA Ai Assistant is intended for clinical trial monitoring professionals, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), CRO staff, and sponsor personnel. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorised to use it in a professional capacity and that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Enter direct personal identifiers or personal data of trial subjects into the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to access data or systems that you are not authorised to access;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

The Service is designed to support clinical monitoring workflow and is not a system of record for patient data. You must not enter direct patient identifiers or personal health information of trial subjects. You are solely responsible for your compliance with sponsor, CRO, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented within the Service. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a refund policy.

The Service, its design, features, and content are owned by CRA Ai Assistant and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload to your workspace remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. CRA Ai Assistant does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. The Service is a tool to support your workflow and does not constitute professional, regulatory, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRA Ai Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@craaiassistant.com or using the in-app deletion option. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
